Digital Products

Our products include digital PDF templates and downloadable planning resources. Due to the nature of digital goods, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The digital file was not delivered or could not be accessed due to a technical issue on our end
• The product received differs materially from its description on our website
• You contact us before downloading or printing the template files

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available when:

• The digital product has been successfully downloaded and accessed
• The request is made after the 14-day period from the date of purchase
• The product was purchased during a clearly marked non-refundable promotion
